Our website packages are offered for a one-time fee. The price for each package includes three months of free hosting! You can order your package without hosting, but we think our hosting service is a great choice because of price, features, and reliability.

Yes, we have a Standard Agreement, which is intended to protect both parties. It describes the scope of work, the requirements for each party, and states that you agree to pay us at designated milestones for completed work.

Write down everything that you think makes your business unique. We'll build your site around your competitive advantages. Start gathering your digital images — we'll need them to build many of the “visually engaging” components of your site.

Every website is different. Typically, a project takes three to five weeks. The more organized you are, the sooner your project will be completed.

A down-payment (non-refundable) of 50% is required to schedule your project. You can even pay by credit card, using Paypal. After we receive your payment, we'll send you a package of instructions, which outline the entire process, step-by-step.

Your first payment is a 50% deposit. Gulp! Once the design has been selected, color changes (if any) will be made, site navigation (menus) will be built, and a temporary site (with pages containing placeholder text and images) will be submitted for your approval. Next we'll start adding the content you provide us, to your site! A final invoice of 50% will be submitted just prior to launch date. After we freceive payment, we'll send you a back-up copy of your site, on a CD.

Absolutely not! Our design packages and bundles of add-ons include everything you'll need. We even offer web hosting.

Setup and most “one-time fees” are non-refundable. Any refund for hosting services will be pro-rated to the date we receive notice of cancellation, unless you have specified another date.

All of the images used in our website packages are standard .jpg and .gif files. These images can easily be replaced with your appropriately sized pictures.

Our website packages are built in basic HTML, so we can add as many additional pages as you require (for an additional fee). We can also change page names, or remove pages you don't need, from any of our designs (no charge).

We can add as many image galleries as you require (for an additional fee). We'll simply copy one of the existing galleries, rename it, add your additional images, and then add a menu link to the new gallery.

All of the graphics used are standard .jpg and .gif. images. We can easily change the .jpg and .gif pictures. We can even add more rows of pictures.

The background graphics are standard .jpg and .gif files, and text is controlled using Cascading Style Sheets (.css files). This means we can easily alter just about anything relating to the appearance of our website designs. Fonts are defined using a single .css file. We can edit this single file to update the font size, font color, and font face used on every page.

You can add a shopping cart to many of our designs (for an additional fee). We think Paypal is the best choice for shopping cart setup. The cart is easy to setup, and we can generate your PayPal forms for easy integration. Using PayPal, you'll receive payment immediately for your services!

We will not sell or share your information with any third-party, except as legally required to do so. We may occasionally contact you regarding the service we have provided for you, as well as to inform you about other services we offer.
